Theo Dixon is the founder and owner of Members In Black Private Security. We have been working in the Sacramento region for nearly 25 years covering a wide array of events.
Some of which include Visit Sacramento’s Farm to Fork Festival, Downtown Sacramento's Concert in the Park, graduations, concerts, and event security at the Safe Credit Union Convention Center, Performing Arts Center and Memorial Auditorium. As well as the Hyatt Regency, and private security for a number of associations and corporate executives.
At Members In Black, our purpose is to protect and serve the citizens of Sacramento to the highest degree of quality and respect - so that they can enjoy their events with the knowledge they are in good hands.
Our belief is that everybody is entitled to feeling safe during their special events, and we vow to honor that belief to the most of our abilities.

I have been doing security for around 3 years now, where I started off doing only small weddings here and there. I started working more and more and eventually was promoted to a Manager and now Payroll Manager.
In my free time I enjoy working on my car, listening to and making music, and watching live bull riding.

I have been in the security industry for almost 9 years now. Ive done everything including events, concerts, site inspections, and now scheduling.
I definitely like to be active in my free time, with the gym being one of my favorite things to do.

I have been in security for 3 years, and with MIB for over a year and a half. I went from a regular guard wearing my all blacks doing external guarding, to being promoted in two weeks to a plain clothes security doing loss prevention.
Working as a bouncer as various night clubs to now being a proud manager, it was not an easy road but extremely worth it in the end.
